Why work with me?
With over 18 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Navy, I bring a wealth of leadership experience from multiple high-pressure, high-stakes roles. As a former Submariner and Senior Chief Navy Diver, I developed exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills in some of the most challenging environments imaginable and worked alongside some of the toughest the military has to offer in the Navy Special Operations community. As a Enterprise Level Senior Enlisted Leader I honed a deep understanding of team dynamics, resilience, and mentorship. Today, as a Naval Officer and Chaplain, I provide leadership, spiritual guidance, and mentorship to Sailors and Marines while navigating complex issues of morale, ethics, and well-being. This unique combination of military leadership and human-centered guidance allows me to provide a distinct perspective, making me an invaluable resource for leaders looking to develop leadership, manage change, and inspire teams.

Education & Certifications
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Religion, a Master of Divinity (MDiv), and a Master of Arts in Public Policy (Middle Eastern Affairs). These academic achievements have provided me with a strong foundation in ethical leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex societal issues. My education, combined with my real-world experience, allows me to approach leadership coaching with a well-rounded perspective, blending practical insights with a deep understanding of human values and societal dynamics. I am also a current student at the US Naval War College, studying decision making and international relations.

As a State Search and Rescue Team Leader and Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue Diver, I’ve led high-stakes operations that required quick decision-making, teamwork, and unwavering composure under pressure. My experience as a Police Department Chaplain and Licensed Pastoral Counselor has allowed me to provide emotional support and guidance in crisis situations, honing my ability to listen, empathize, and lead with compassion. Additionally, my work as an Executive Boardmember of various organizations has sharpened my strategic thinking, governance skills, and ability to drive organizational growth. Together, these roles have shaped my leadership philosophy, making me uniquely equipped to help you tackle complex challenges, lead with confidence, and create lasting impact in both your professional and personal life.
